It’s pretty special to work with your BFF. Kelly and Susan met in grade 3, Mrs. Cook’s class in Blackburn Public Elementary School. They became instant friends. And have celebrated many of life’s milestones together. Most recently Kelly and her husband Mark’s 33rd wedding anniversary.
Fun, Food and Family are Kelly’s passions. And she consults with her mom Kathy for tips & tricks in the kitchen.
Kelly developed her kitchen culinary skills while working at ICrave Natural Foods in Ottawa. Over her five years she became an expert soup maker, baker of quinoa crackers, and meal preparation of gluten free goods became her specialties.
As a vegetarian Kelly enjoys a plant based diet. She brings her knowledge and expertise to the Living Science Wellness Centre. Along with Nutritionist Bruce Bonner, Kelly designs meal plans and prepares delicious nutritious soups weekly. Using the freshest ingredients, organic and local whenever possible. Kelly transforms the kitchen into a comfort food sensation for the senses.
