This class incorporates Yoga and Pilates in one class for complete mind and body wellness.
The use of props such as resistance bands promote an increase in core stability, strength and flexibility.
Movement is synchronized with the breath and emphasizes proper postural alignment and functional movement.
This class will be held on Tuesday evenings, from 6 – 7 pm.
The first class would be October 29th, then all Tuesdays in November 5,12,19,26.
Cost: $15 per individual class, or 5 classes for $60 (1 free class if you choose to book and register for all 5).
