As a naturopathic doctor, my passion is educating and empowering women to take control of their own health. I have a clinical focus in menstrual health and work with women to overcome the following conditions and symptoms:
Growing up as a competitive athlete in both gymnastics and track and field, I also love working with female athletes to optimize their performance in sport, in the classroom, and to build a strong foundation and understanding of health.
I help you identify the root cause of your symptoms by completing a thorough health assessment, targeted and screening physical exams, and reviewing or requisitioning necessary lab work. I offer individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that may include nutrition and lifestyle counselling, nutritional supplementation, botanical/herbal medicine and acupuncture.
The Technical Things:
After completing my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, I completed Naturopathic Medical school at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto and received my Doctor of Naturopathy degree. I am a licensed and Ontario Board certified Naturopathic Doctor (College of Naturopaths of Ontario) as well as a member of both the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
