Professional Chef and Amateur Athlete

Chef Philip Munk has been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. In his years in restaurants he saw all the things that were going on with food and decided there were better options. With his family all working in the healthcare system – Philip wanted to do his part to help people get and stay healthy. He chose a holistic approach.

Chef Philip Munk believes “make food your medicine”

After he finished his college in Austria he continued to educate himself in the art of preparing foods that heal such as Living Foods / Raw Foods, Ayurvedic Medicine, Juice Fasting, and many more.

His other passion is sports. As an amateur athlete he practiced and experimented on himself to find foods that help improve performance and recovery but especially to make the food taste amazing.
